使用方法
．薰香法：滴入3-5滴精油於薰香燭台，加入七分滿的水後，於底部點燃無煙蠟燭加熱。

．按摩法：滴入3-5滴精油於10ml基礎調理油，均勻調和後按摩身體肌膚。

．沐浴法：滴入3-5滴精油於沐浴乳中，或滴入6-8滴精油於浴缸溫熱水中，可泡澡放鬆心情。

．嗅吸法：將2-3滴精油滴在手帕或紙巾上，直接吸聞植萃精華。

．熱敷法：將6-7滴精油滴入水盆中，再將毛巾折疊後放入吸乾水面精油，接著將毛巾擰乾，敷在疼痛的部位幫助舒緩。
